Brain Damaging Habits 对头脑有害的习惯

No Breakfast 不吃早餐
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
不吃早餐的人会造成低血糖的水平。
这会造成供应给头脑的营养素不足而导致头脑退化。


Overeating 暴饮暴食
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
这会造成头脑动脉硬化,而导致在智力减退。

Smoking 吸烟
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
这会造成多头脑收缩,并且也许导致老年痴呆症。


High Sugar consumption 摄取太多糖分
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

太多糖分将会中断蛋白质和营养素的吸收而导致营养不良,并且也许干扰头脑的发展。

Air Pollution 空气污染

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
头脑是在我们的身体是最大的氧气消费者。 吸入被污染的空气会减少供应给头脑的氧气,而导致头脑效率的减退。


Sleep Deprivation 睡眠不足
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
睡眠是让我们的头脑休息。长期的睡眠不足将会加速脑细胞的死亡。

Head covered while sleeping 睡觉时把头盖着

Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
睡觉时把头盖着会增加二氧化碳的集中而减少了氧气的吸取,这也许会导致头脑缺氧。

Working your brain during illness 在病症期间使用你的头脑

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
在病症期间使用头脑努力工作或读书会导致头脑的效率减退,而且还会损伤头脑。

Lacking in stimulating thoughts 缺乏在刺激的想法

Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
训练我们的头脑最佳的方式是思考,缺乏在头脑的刺激想法也许会导致头脑收缩。


Talking Rarely 少说话

Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain
智力的交谈将促进头脑的效率
